How do I access my tickets?

Check the confirmation email we sent you. It has a link that opens your tickets straight away — you do not need an account or a password. Each ticket has a QR code to show at the door. If you did make an account, your tickets are also under "My Tickets".

I bought without making an account. Where are my tickets?

In your confirmation email. The link in that email works for 30 days and needs no password. If you cannot find the email, go to the "Find my tickets" page, enter the address you bought with, and we will send them again straight away. Check your spam folder too.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes! From the "My Tickets" page, click the transfer icon on any valid ticket. Enter the recipient's email address and they'll receive the ticket in their account.

My event was cancelled. What happens?

If an organizer cancels an event, all ticket holders receive an automatic full refund. You'll get an email notification and the refund typically processes within 5-10 business days.

Can I sell my ticket if I can't attend?

Yes, use our Resale Marketplace. Go to My Tickets > Marketplace and list your ticket. Tickets can only be listed at or below face value to prevent scalping.

What payment methods are accepted?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your phone supports them. The exact options appear at checkout.

Why was I charged a service fee?

A small service fee (3.5% + $0.99) covers platform maintenance, fraud prevention, and customer support. This fee is always displayed before you confirm your purchase — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Absolutely. We never store your card details. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor used by millions of businesses.

How do I become an organizer?

Register with the "Organizer" role during sign-up, or contact us to upgrade your existing account. Organizer accounts get access to event creation, analytics, and payout tools.

How do payouts work?

Organizers are paid through Stripe Connect. Connect your payout account in the organizer dashboard, and your settlement ledger there shows exactly what you are owed on every order — face value, fees deducted, and what is still pending. Contact us for the payout schedule that applies to your account.

Your dashboard includes real-time sales data, revenue charts, conversion funnels, hourly distribution, tier breakdowns, and attendee demographics. Export reports as CSV anytime.

Can I create recurring events?
